Description

The Thread section Shaft tool adds a symbolic thread to the side view of a hole.

Usage

1. Select the two parallel lines of a hole.
2. There are several ways to invoke the tool:
   • Press the Thread section Shaft button.
   • Select the TechDraw → Extensions: centerlines and threading → Cosmetic thread hole side view option from the menu.
3. A symbolic thread is added.
