Description

The TechDraw ExtensionCreateObliqueCoordDimension tool creates oblique coordinate dimensions: multiple evenly spaced dimensions starting from the same baseline.

Usage

1. The spacing is determined by the Cascade spacing box in the TechDraw ExtensionSelectLineAttributes tool.
2. Select the first two vertices. These vertices also determine the direction of the dimensions.
3. Select one or more additional vertices in any order.
4. There are several ways to invoke the tool:
   • Press the TechDraw ExtensionCreateObliqueCoordDimension button.
   • Select the TechDraw → Extensions: Dimensions → Create oblique coordinate dimension option from the menu.
5. Coordinate dimensions with centered dimension texts are created.
