Description
The 
Copy command places the currently selected objects into the "clipboard" for later use by the 
Paste command. Objects may be copied between Documents.
Usage
- Select the Object(s) to be copied.
- Invoke the Copy command several ways:
- Press the
Copy button in the toolbar - Using the Ctrl + C keyboard shortcut
- Using the Edit → Copy entry from the top menu
- Press the
Limitations
- In general, it is not possible to copy FreeCAD objects into other applications, or copy objects from other applications into a FreeCAD document.
