This command shows the Draft Snap toolbar, which holds the Draft ToggleGrid and File:Snap Lock.svg Draft ToggleSnap buttons, as well as the different snapping methods.

Right click on a Draft object and select Utilities → Show Snap Bar.
Or right click on an empty space on a toolbar, and click on the Draft Snap checkbox.
Or go to the menu View → Toolbars, and click on the Draft Snap checkbox.

Drafting: Line, Polyline, Fillet, Arc, Arc by 3 points, Circle, Ellipse, Rectangle, Polygon, B-spline, Cubic Bézier curve, Bézier curve, Point, Facebinder, ShapeString, Hatch
Annotation: Text, Dimension, Label, Annotation styles, Annotation scale
