There are several downloads for various operating systems availible. Before downloading keep in mind:

FreeCAD Windows installer

For conveniance there is an installer for Windwos 2000 & XP. Maybe the installer does work on older Windows platforms, but has not been tested yet. You need Windows Installer V1 on your system (msiexec.exe). See using windows installer for details about unatended installation.
