Views can now be dragged and dropped to and from Clip Groups in the Tree view.

Description
The TechDraw ClipGroupAdd tool adds a View to an existing Clip.

Usage
- Select a Clip and a View in the 3D view or Tree view.
- There are several ways to invoke the tool:
- Press the
Add View to Clip Group button. - Select the TechDraw → Clipped Views → Add View to Clip Group option from the menu.
- Press the
