Simplified diagram of the relationships between the core objects in FreeCAD. The "Part::Feature" class is the origin of most 2D (Draft, Sketcher) and 3D (Part, PartDesign) objects that have a topological shape.

This simplified diagram omits certain intermediate classes. The real relationships are described in the generated Doxygen documentation.
