Description
Displays the results on a sphere or a plane cutting through the model.
Usage
- Select a previously created result pipeline.
- Invoke the command in one of the several ways:
- Press the
Function cut filter button.
- Select the Results →
Function cut filter option from the menu.
- Press the
- Adjust the Result display options like for the result pipeline. Hide that pipeline to see the effect of a Function Cut Filter.
- Press the
Create button and select
Plane or
Sphere or choose the existing plane/sphere from the expandable list. If needed, adjust the parameters of the plane/sphere to make sure that it intersects the model.
- Results will be displayed on the surface of the plane/sphere.
- Click the OK button to finish the command.
- Materials: Solid, Fluid, Nonlinear mechanical; Material editor
- Element geometry: Beam (1D), Beam rotation (1D), Shell (2D), Fluid flow (1D)
