Description

The Assembly3 workbench icon.svg Resolve constraints command starts the solver algorithm that relocates all objects of an assembly according to the constraints in the Assembly Assembly Constraints Tree.svg Constraints container.

This tool is used to recompute an assembly after adding/removing constraints or after editing constraint parameters. To run this command automatically after each modification use the Assembly AutoRecompute.svg Auto recompute toggle.

Usage

  1. Activate the Assembly3 workbench icon.svg Resolve constraints command using one of the following:
    • The Assembly3 workbench icon.svg Resolve constraints button.
    • The Assembly3 → Assembly3 workbench icon.svg Resolve constraints menu option.
    • The keyboard shortcut: A then S.
